NASA Says Contrails
Decreasing

scientists say that despite a sharp increase
in commercial air traffic over the United States
in recent decades, contrails measured before the
drastic decline in airline travel following 911 were
already decreasing over the USA.
Here is a chemtrails koan certain to help speed
enlightenment: Conundrum: How can contrails be increasing
when they are declining?
Answer: When they are really chemtrails and
not contrails at all.
CONTRAILS OVER CONUS
NASA's
2002 "Estimation of CONUS Contrail Frequency" uses
near real-time weather and flight data to conjure contrail
formation and persistence over the entire Continental
USA (CONUS).
Since an
Airbus Industry study on the atmospheric impacts
of nearly gridlocked
jet flights every year
jolted government and industry back in the 1980s, the
environmental effects of contrails have become of increasing
concern to governments and the corporations they supposedly
regulate. Atmospheric studies such as SUCCESS, TARFOX
and more recent offshoots have employed a variety of
aircraft from reconfigured airliners to the
executive Cessna Citations sighted dispensing chemtrails
over Arizona and Ohio to spray atmospheric "tracers" trackable
by satellite, LIDAR and other sophisticated sensors
used to measure atmospheric responses to pollutants
produced by people.
It turns
out that just like natural overcasts, the cloud cover
formed around
jet pollutants also changes
the heat balance that drive regional climate and local
weather. By increasing Earth's reflectivity (albedo)
while trapping heat near our planet's surface, artificial
overcasts produced by airliners in heavily trafficked
air corridors over the U.S. and North Atlantic are
disrupting the “normal” feedback settings
on the atmospheric thermostat formerly regulated by
natural clouds.
But according to the recent NASA study, which considerably
updates our awareness of contrail activity over the
USA, Mexico and Canada, the impact of contrails globally
remains more voodoo than science. We simply do not
know much about the gigantic complex geo-biological
systems we are tampering with, including their interdependencies
and interactions. With cloud cover increasing as much
as 20% in heavily trafficked regions of the U.S. since
the jet age took off, the effects of contrails on local
weather and climate are significant. [Chemtrails

More persistent chemtrails must make even stronger
atmospheric impacts.
Computer
models run by atmospheric sorcerers at the Lawrence
Livermore National
Lab and trumpeted
as a climatic cure-all by H-bomb inventor Edward Teller predicted
no net gain in atmospheric temperatures over 85% of
the Earth despite an anticipated doubling in heat-trapping
CO2 emissions if enough chemtrails could be spread
to reflect about 1% of incoming sunlight back into
space.
The Hughes
patent, which provided a practical blueprint for
this aerial sunscreen
in 1994, declared that highly
reflective particles laid down behind high-flying jets
could "Lead To The Reduction Of Global Warming".
It hasn’t worked yet. But even as chemtrails
continue to crisscross the skies, and thousands of
North Americans complain of the “visual whitening
appearance of the skies” warned about in the
Hughes geoengineering plans, NASA says contrail coverage
is declining.
Presented to the 10th Conference on Aviation, Range,
and Aerospace Meteorology
in Portland,
Oregon in May 2002, the space agency's newest findings
show
that updated estimates of contrail
coverage over the North Atlantic and central Europe "are
significantly smaller than those given" in 1994.
The highest contrail concentrations, found over the
Pacific Northwest, were also down significantly when
the study was done in the winter of 2001, at a time
when chemtrail sightings over Seattle and Portland
remained heavy. 
NASA IGNORES CHEMTRAILS, AT LEAST PUBLICLY
The computer
algorithms used to estimate CONUS contrails were
devised by
David Duda at Hampton University in
Virginia, Rabindra Palikonda of AS&M Inc. also
in Hampton, and NASA's favorite chemtrails debunker,
Patrick Minnis. This team's latest estimates of contrail
coverage over the USA were developed from hourly meteorological
analyses obtained by a continuously updated weather
prediction computer model nicknamed the RUC-2, for
Rapid Update Cycle-2. These weather predictions were
then correlated with flight track data of commercial
airliners supplied by FlyteTrax in aerially frenetic
San Jose, California.
The NASA contrail study ignored chemtrails.
CONTRAILS CAUSE CONCERN
The good
news amidst the many human hardships resulting from
a collapsing
airline industry is sharply reduced
impacts on an increasingly erratic atmosphere. The
proliferation of jets polluting the stratosphere and
tearing further rents in Earth’s protective
ozone layer was expected to grow 5% annually before
the traumatic events of 911 and airport security indignities
chilled the flying public.
Nevertheless, the search to understand contrails continues,
driven by the spectre of government penalties and regulatory
restrictions on contrail pollution as the global climate
crisis deepens. The US Air Force is also understandably
keen to eliminate contrails which starkly pinpoint
otherwise stealthy aircraft.

During three weeks in November 2001, FlyteTrax provided
up-to-the-minute details on all commercial planes aloft
over the continental USA. This database consisted of
readouts on aircraft type, latitude, longitude and
altitude updated every five minutes, around the clock.
Air traffic
was charted on grids, each encompassing 10,000 square
kilometers
and extending from 20°N
to 50°N, 135°W to 60°W. Within each grid
at 40 kilometer intervals, detailed atmospheric profiles
of temperature, humidity and horizontal and vertical
wind speeds at ascending altitudes were derived from
Rapid Update weather analyses.
All contrail activity over the USA, Canada and Mexico
was then calculated by instantly analyzing aircraft
type, fuel burn and existing atmospheric conditions
as either consistent or inconsistent with the known
parameters of contrail formation.
THE CASE OF THE DISAPPEARING CONTRAILS
"According to the classical contrail formation
theory, contrails can persist when the ambient air
is super-saturated" says NASA. This means that
contrails can linger briefly whenever the humidity
relative to ice formation is greater than 100 percent.
This means that persistent plumes left by military
tankers on days of relative warmth and low to moderate
humidity cannot be contrails. Instead, they must be
artificially induced by spraying particulates into
less-than-optimum atmospheric conditions.
The "Potential Persistent Contrail Frequency" for
November 2001 showed the North American region with
the highest contrail potential to be the Pacific Northwest.
Other regions of high contrail frequency occurred in
central Canada and the eastern Midwestern U.S. These
areas potentially presented twice the number of contrails
as the continental average.
But even
when NASA's meteorological model was rejiggered with
instructions to allow for
super-saturation in
less than ideal contrail conditions in other
words, to find more contrails contrail activity
declined.
In December
2001, when the maximum potential contrail frequency
over the
Pacific Northwest typically occurs,
the distribution and magnitude of contrails "changed
dramatically" said these authors, as a result
of radical changes in weather patterns from November
to December.
Computer-predicted contrail frequency for this the
Pacific Northwest (my neighborhood) dropped well below
continental averages. Yet, throughout the winter of
'01, while fewer contrails than predicted were showing
up over the U.S., photographs, video and sighting reports
of persistent white plumes left by high-flying jets
flooded the Internet.

Try telling Leslie that contrails were declining.
That same November, while a puzzled NASA wondered where
all the contrails went, this school teacher drove from
Las Vegas to Reno, over to Sacramento, up to Portland,
then across Idaho and down through Wyoming into Denver
and back to Las Vegas.
“And every bit of the way, they were spraying,” she
recounts. “The range of the spraying was just
phenomenal. We covered six states in four days and
saw them everywhere."
Leslie
became "very, very sick". It took
almost two months for her lungs to clear from something "almost
exactly like a whopping cough I got ten or so years
ago that turned out to be a lung fungal infection."
Even atmospheric “experts” who ignore
chemtrails agree that ice crystal condensation trails or
contrails for short do not cause fungal infections
in humans. But airborne colonies of UV-mutated molds
and fungi brought down from the irradiated upper atmosphere
by falling chemtrail particulates could certainly cause
symptoms experienced by Leslie and tens of thousands
of North Americans following chemtrail exposure.
So don’t
forget to take your cayenne capsules every day. This
warms
the blood beyond the tolerance
of the fungus now among us.
FEBRUARY FOLLIES
February
is typically the coldest month over most of North
America. In
February 2001 and 2002, NASA's
Patrick Minnis "found a maximum in persistent
contrail frequency over the USA."
But NASA his boss reported that contrail
coverage for CONUS that February "is smaller than
expected".
Minnis must have been measuring chemtrails.
DIAL 911 FOR CHEMTRAILS
The NASA
atmospheric scientist had already achieved national
prominence for his
studies of jet plumes during
the emergency grounding order issued on Sept. 11, 2001.
On Sept. 12, Minnis was cited in the Louisville Courier
Journal and the New York Times for collecting "valuable
data" on contrails during a period when the only
planes in the air were nine military flights pluming
the skies from Ohio to Virginia.
Tracking
nearly deserted skies seemed a curious time to study
contrails. But
it was a perfect opportunity
to keep tabs on chemtrails without interference from
commercial contrails. The NASA research scientist explained
how his team was able to chart “precisely how
these contrails fanned out over five hours to form
a shield of cirrus clouds covering over 24,000 square
miles.”
As usual, the press parroted this bafflegab without
checking the science it contradicted.
NASA's
own contrail study "assumes the contrails
persist for one hour only." Using NOAA's own numbers,
NASA scientists further estimate that a rare persistent
contrail "spreads to 2 km wide and has a length
of 60 km" hardly the monster Minnis mentions.
It was
just “coincidence” that
Minnis was measuring chemtrails being laid down from
the state
where that project is headed (at Wright-Patterson Air
Force Base) all the way to the headquarters of the
CIA. But the symbolism of chemtrail spraying by a government
out of control was not lost on Americans who suspected
White House facilitation of the terrible attacks on
Washington and New York City the day before.
But more than nine planes were aloft.
On Sept. 11, after all commercial flights except the
plane extricating bin Laden family members from FBI
questioning were grounded across Canada and the United
States, heavy chemtrail activity was reported over
Vancouver, Canada, as well as Chicago and Columbus,
Ohio, among other locations. On Sept. 12, I observed
a USAF tanker laying chemtrails down the east coast
of Vancouver Island, heading south towards Washington
State. It had to be military because all commercial
flights were grounded.
Reporting for Chemtrail Tracking USA in Houston, Lorie
Kramer relayed chemtrails observations from Maidstone,
Ontario; Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Indiana; Lexington,
Kentucky; southern Illinois; Detroit, Baltimore, Maryland
and Eugene, Oregon.
Over Houston, Texas where no commercial jets were
flying:
Between
4-6 am skies became filled with wispy chemtrails
could not see planes
during this time. Planes sighted
about 25,000 ft up making CT’s at 5:57 am: two
X’s made over skies in northwestern suburbs.
One plane made one X and two planes made the second
X. They then turned off the sprays and increased altitude
and flew out of area going west. X’s remained
in skies till at least 7:45 am. At 8:30 9 am
two planes spotted over Livonia area making a chemtrail
in shape of a circle. 10:30 am: Feather-like trails
and lines present in the southern skies. Northern skies
have lines that have spread out into chemclouds going
east and west. Chemdome in place from Westland area
to Troy and all areas in between.
North of
Houston, “heavy grid spraying" sparked
a call into area officials. “I saw the plane!
No, this is not normal air traffic," this correspondent
related, "because there is not supposed to be
any air traffic."
And in
Chicago, with all airliners grounded: “Last
night between 1:15-1:30 a.m. I saw no less than 10
chemtrails overhead in the classic grid pattern…” [Chemtrails
Confirmed]
STEADHAM'S STUDIES
If they
are really interested in measuring the effects of
various aerial activities
on cloud cover, NASA wizards
ought to contact Mark Steadham. To plumb the mystery
plumes, the previous winter Steadham correlated 46
personal observations of jet traffic over Houston with
airliner identification provided by a computer program
called “Flight Explorer”. This consumer
software also uses “real time” FAA tracking
to plot commercial flight paths across the USA. It
does not track military flights, which are identified
only as unidentified aircraft.
After using “Flight Explorer” to
identify the airliners and military aircraft passing
overhead,
Steadham timed their respective plumes. Some examples
tell this chem tale:

THIS DOES NOT TRAX
But the
elaborate NASA contrail study is fatally flawed,
because it tells
only part of the story of aircraft
emissions over North America. The FlyteTrax data used
by NASA to calculate contrails does not include military
flights. All KC-10 and KC-135 "chemtrail planes" routinely
tracked on the radar scopes of Air Traffic Controllers
were ignored by this U.S. government agency's selective
look at obscured skies..
Like the
early computations of ozone depletion that blithely
ignored the impacts
of chloroflourocarbons
(CFCs), factoring out chemtrails makes a mockery of
any study set up to examine climate change. Even when
they found contrails diminishing, while sightings of
long-lingering jet plumes were increasing, NASA’s
nabobs never looked up to check computer findings that
once again proved the adage, “garbage in, garbage
out.”
Or as the
military would put it whether covering
up the nuking of Iraq with radioactive depleted uranium,
or all those chemtrails sparkling like haze on ATC
radar screens “What you don’t
look for, you can’t find.”
For NASA
atmospheric “experts”, Greenpeace
climate campaigners, and other specialists supposedly
concerned with global climate change to ignore massive
chemtrail coverage in their calculations invalidates
their science, pronouncements and campaigns. Describing
the sky with your eyes tight shut would be hilarious if
the species-limiting consequences of such denial were
not so dire.
A QUESTION FROM THE BACK OF THE ROOM
If normal,
short-lived contrails can affect climate and weather what
the hell are long-lingering, region-obscuring chemtrails
doing to disrupt an increasingly
Chaotic atmos-fear?
Some of us Guinea pigs, not yet fully lobotomized
by brain-inhibiting anti-depressants, electromagnetic
emanations, and hypnotically-beamed mass media mesmerization
want to know to this and a few related questions.
We are not going away.
Chemtrails
perpetrators take note: Too many people know what’s
going on. Thanks to the Internet, more and more are
waking
up and tuning in every day.
Some day soon the war crimes trials now being prepared
to try American generals and an unelected president
for atrocities committed in Iraq and Afghanistan will
be broadened to include capital crimes against the
environment. Maybe then we will get some answers.
